====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2022 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. Petitioner, who is in custody since 16.09.2019, seeks regular bail in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that this Court, vide order dated 24.08.2020 had passed a well considered order and the petitioner had remedy to challenge the said order before the higher Court in case he was dissatisfied by it, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35408 of 2021(8) dt.18-04-2022 2/2 The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of nine months. If no substantial progress takes place in conduct of trial, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid period.
