This is a case registered under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The case is of snatching of some articles by four unknown persons on two motor cycles.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of his confessional statement. No recovery was made from his possession. He further submits that he is a bona fide businessman and that there is only one case against him prior to the instant case in which he is on bail. He also submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 13.05.2017.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017.
