The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sadar P.S. Case No 561 of 2019 Registered for the offence under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in FIR also name of petitioner has come in confessional statement of one co-accused Md. Saddam Ansari. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13003 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 561 of 2019 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
