2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shahpur (Karnamepur) P.S. Case No. 65 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons and the petitioner is in custody since 9.11.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the Bhaisur of the deceased and also considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-I, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Shahpur (Karnamepur) P.S. Case No. 65 of 2023.
