Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2017.

Submission is that the petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession. The investigation is complete now and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8736 of 2018 (2) dt.15-02-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Asthawan Police Station Case No.117 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
