JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-10-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for directing the respondent-authorities to register the instrument in question, but the respondents have filed a counter affidavit today in the Court itself, which has been taken on record, wherein it has been stated that the petitioner has been requested to approach the office of the District Sub-Registrar, East Champaran at Motihari, whereupon the instrument in question shall definitely be registered.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the office of the District Sub-Registrar, East Champaran at Motihari and in case the petitioner approaches the said office within a period of four weeks from today, the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.4824 of 2020(3) dt.18-10-2022 2/2 Sub-Registrar, East Champaran at Motihari shall ensure that the registration of the instrument/document in question is carried out within a period of 48 hours, if the said instrument/document is otherwise complying with the statutory requirements and formalities.
