At the very outset, learned counsel for the Central Bureau of Investigation submits that the present petition was filed against the order of cognizance, whereas during pendency of the present petition before the court below subsequent development has taken place. He submits that after framing of charge, till date out of fifteen witnesses, twelve witnesses have already been examined.
The submission made by learned counsel for the Central Bureau of Investigation was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, there is no need to keep the matter pending.
