The petitioner seeks bail in Simri P.S. Case No. 130/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 363, 364, 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

It is alleged in the written report that son of Bua of informant was playing outside the house of informant. Later on he was found missing. Informant and other co-villagers searched him but he could not be traced out.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. is against unknown. Name of this petitioner has come

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15875 of 2019(2) dt.25-03-2019 2/2 during investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused. The other co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 77227/2018 dated 21.12.2018 and 73129/2018 dated 10.12.2018.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Buxar, in connection with S.Tr. No. 292/2018, arising out of Simri P.S. Case No. 130/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
