JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-04-2019 Mr. Siyaram Shahi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to pursue her remedies before the appropriate authority for summoning Aam Sabha and preparing a panel of candidates from whom Anganbari Sevika/Sahayika could be appointed for a particular centre. Mr. Shahi submits that even though the appointment process

Patna High Court CWJC No.5484 of 2019(2) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 had begun in the year 2013 and the petitioner was placed at Serial No. 1 in the merit-list which was prepared, no appointment letter was issued. He, in fact, submits that the concerned Aaganbari Centre remained vacant.

2. With the passage of time, perhaps the entire selection process has been nixed and it is only expected that fresh process shall commence in which the petitioner also, if so desired, would participate. It is for this purpose that Mr. Siyaram Shahi, learned Advocate, seeks withdrawal of the petition for pressing such prayer before the competent authority.

3. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
