The petitioner seeks bail in Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2020 corresponding to Trial No. 1647 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 409, 406, 419, 420, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 16.08.2021. It is submitted that charge has already been framed on 23.09.2021 and one independent witness has been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2020 having clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
