The petitioner is accused in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 26 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) and 35(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 10 litres country made liquor to the bag of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.02.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17021 of 2018 (2) dt.28-03-2018 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 4th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 26 of 2018.
