The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

The allegation is regarding recovery of about 51 liters of illicit liquor from the houses of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners have clean antecedent and they are languishing in custody since 08.01.2019.
