The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No.295 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 448, 323 and 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that this case arises out of a land dispute and there is a case and counter case between the parties, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
