Petitioner is accused in a case registered under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code which is lodged against unknown persons. His submission is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and that his name has been dragged in the instant case only on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused. He further submits that though there is another case against him prior to the instant case but he is on bail in that case. Chargesheet has been submitted in the instant case and that he is in custody since 12.11.2016.

In the light of the aforesaid submissions, prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33225 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 01st Class, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in Dinara Police Station Case No 197 of 2016.
