The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 207 of 2019 dated 13.12.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners no. 1, 2 and 4 are said to have

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12707 of 2020(3) dt.07-12-2021 2/3 assaulted the informant and his son by hard and blunt substance. There is no specific accusation against petitioner no. 3.

It appears from the impugned order that despite the court below asking for the case diary and the injury report, the same was never provided. Diary has been received in this case. It appears that both the injured persons have received simple injuries. Regard being had to the background facts leading to the occurrence and taking into account that the victims have received simple injuries against general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
