Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the bail petition, the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned court below itself, and as such, the present bail application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in connection with POCSO Case No.90 of 2019 arising out of Kochas P.S.Case No.227 of 2019 pending in the court of learned (Additional Sessions Judge-VI) Exclusive Spl. Court, POCSO, Rohtas at Sasaram.
