The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 690 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 356 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having intercepted the informant and having fled away with the motorcycle of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case inasmuch as the stolen motorcycle in question has not been recovered from possession of the petitioner but from the place near Durga Asthan of the concerned village. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 690 of 2018.
