In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in Khiri More P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016 registered for offence punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is to have tried to outrage the modesty of daughter of the informant, however, the father of the petitioner has filed an affidavit to the extent that he would be fully responsible for his son and in future he will not indulged in such activity.

In view of affidavit of the father of the petitioner and in view of the fact that he is in judicial custody since 19.12.2019, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15836 of 2020(5) dt.27-11-2020 2/2 Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-I, Patna in connection with Khiri More P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
