The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.2594C of 2018 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that both parties have compromised the case and opposite party no.2 (wife) is residing with the petitioner (husband). In support thereof, a supplementary affidavit has been filed. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
