The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 384, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 40 of the Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rule, 1972 and under Section 8 of Mineral (Prevention of Illegal Mining Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2003. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the FIR. The name of petitioners has come in this case during the course of investigation. The petitioners have nothing to do with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16276 of 2022(2) dt.27-09-2022 2/2 mobile from which threatening call was made. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Under the above facts and circumstances, let above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
