Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim. The husband of the victim of dowry death is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and others of commission of death for non-fulfillment of dowry. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below
