JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-06-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as learned counsel for the State Bank of India. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay the difference amount of monthly pension as fixed by the Accountant General with effect from 01.04.2017 along with 15% interest thereon.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Accountant General has issued authority slip yet the petitioner has not been paid the revised pension.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4670 of 2020(2) dt.24-06-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the State Bank of India submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed before filing of the writ petition.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner. If the petitioner has not been paid revised pension in terms of the report of 7th P.R.C, liberty shall be available to him to approach the State Bank of India for redressal of his grievance for payment of revised pension. On filing of such representation, the respondent shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a maximum period of four months from the date of filing of the representation.
