This writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to issue the original marksheet and certificate of the degree (Bachelor of Arts) of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was a student of Bachelor of Arts of M.V. College, Buxar in the Session 2015-19 which runs under the Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara. He passed the final examination of B.A. in the year 2019. His result was initially detained as the marks were not received. It is the uncontroverted case of the petitioner that the University has now issued the provisional

Patna High Court CWJC No.3692 of 2023(2) dt.19-06-2023 2/2 certificates of the marksheet. Copy of the marksheets have been brought on the record with the writ application. Dr. Anand Kumar, learned counsel for the University does not dispute that these certificates have been issued by the University.

Having regard to the materials available on the record and the uncontroverted statement of the petitioner that the University has already issued provisional marksheets which are available on the record, this Court directs the respondent Vice Chancellor and the Registrar of Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara to ensure that the original certificates and marksheets of the petitioner be made available to him within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In this regard, the petitioner has already represented to the Controller of the Examination vide Annexure '4 series' but the same has remained pending for so long.
