The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent no. 5 and the respondent no. 5 may be directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6231 of 2016 (2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no. 5 regarding his grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 5 is directed to dispose off the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The present writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
