This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 30495 of 2022 which was dismissed for nonprosecution vide order dated 01.02.2023. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as he overlooked the cause list, the same could not be marked and as such, he failed to appear and for the said lapses, the petitioner is ready to deposit Rs. 2,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 3 and 4, this Court is inclined to restore the Cr. Misc. No. 30495 of 2022 to its original file subject to payment of Rs. 2000/- as stated
