JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 17.11.2017, seeks bail in Chanpatiya (Sirisiya O.P) PS Case No. 357 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation in brief is that the informant was robbed on the way by some unknown miscreants.

It is submitted that except disclosure of name of the petitioner as one of the associates of Sarbjeet Singh made accused in Lauriya PS Case No. 357 of 2017 there is no other material against him, he was neither put on TIP nor any incriminating article has been recovered from his possession and he is in custody since 17.11.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Akhilesh Chaudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM V Bettiah (West Champaran) in connection with Chanpatiya (Sirisiya O.P) PS Case No. 357 of 2017.
