The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajepur P.S. Case No.168 of 2020 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The recovery of Indian made foreign liquor was made from the house of coaccused Geeta Devi. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24887 of 2021(2) dt.07-02-2022 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No.168 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
