2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 387, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have negotiated the transaction and he along with other accused persons assaulted the informant by fists and slaps.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is neither purchaser nor seller of the land in question. Petitioner is only alleged to have negotiated the transaction. Allegation of assault against the petitioner is general and omnibus. Moreover, the dispute is of civil nature and informant has got other remedies for redressal of his grievance.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P. S. Case No. 614 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
