The representation shall also include the names of such persons whose services have been regularized by the Department and no distinction can be made between the cases of such persons whose services have been regularized and the petitioner.

2. Since the petitioner has sought to withdraw the present petition, this Court only directs that if such a representation is filed, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such representation.

3. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
