ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 28-11-2025 Learned counsel for the Opposite Party(s) submits that the order dated 26.04.2024 passed in CWJC No. 2988 of 2024 has been complied with and prays for closing the contempt case.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order was passed on 26.04.2024 and the authority has passed the order on 04.09.2025 where as the direction was to pass orders within a period of four weeks.

3. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party(s) submits that the Divisional Commissioner was not arrayed as a party respondent in the CWJC No. 2988 of 2024 and therefore, there is some delay.

4. Having regard to the same, the present contempt is
