1. Heard Mr. Prakash Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are many defects in the anticipatory bail application, as such, it is difficult to remove all the defects, as such, seeks permission to withdraw the instant anticipatory bail application with liberty to file afresh.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. The Office is directed to return all the annexures to Mr. Prakash Kumar Srivastava, learned Advocate, except the Vakalatnama.
