Daughter's son of Asma Khatoon, namely, Ekbal indulged with Hemant, son of informant, Sarita Devi whereunder the deceased, Janki Devi intervened and during course thereof, she was brutally assaulted by other accused persons including the petitioner who gave an axe blow over her head which is found corroborated with the postmortem report as per order impugned. Prayer for bail is rejected.
