Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are parents of the husband of the victim of dowry death. Husband is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and other in-laws of demand of dowry and torture for the same. The petitioners are in custody since 19.02.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two
