JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.2120 C of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 498A and 323 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case is under Section 498-A of the IPC.

On appearance of the opposite party no. 2, the matter was referred to the District Mediation Center, Araria, vide order dated 01.05.2019. The report of Mediator is available on record at Flag "C" which disclosed that both the parties are ready at understating that they will enjoy their life with children and the petitioner shall execute a sale deed in favour of the opposite party no.2 with respect to 15 decimals of land and the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14226 of 2019(4) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 shall file a copy of the sale deed before the learned court of S.D.J.M.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 have admitted the above facts. Having heard both sides, considering the above facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below on 08.08.2019 and on surrender, he will be released on provisional bail for a period of six months by the learned court below on the condition that he will furnish the copy of the sale deed executed in favour of the opposite party no.2, his bail bonds shall be confirmed with further condition that both the parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement between them before the mediation center.

With the aforesaid observations, this application is disposed of.
