Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with NDPS Case No.26 of 2017, arising out of Udwantnagar P.S. Case No.198 of 2017, registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

Allegation in brief is that on motorcycle three persons were carrying 19 Kgs. of Ganja.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovered quantity of 19 Kgs. Ganja is lesser than the commercial quantity and recovered from three persons and one of the co-accused, similarly situated, has been admitted to bail. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6620 of 2018(2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 petitioner Ravi Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with NDPS Case No.26 of 2017, arising out of Udwantnagar P.S. Case No.198 of 2017.
