The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 324, 325, 379, 354(b), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. When the informant was feeding the animals in her house, all the accused persons including the petitioner entered in the house and abused her. On protest, all of them assaulted the informant by rod upon the finger of left hand and on her head. It is also alleged that son of the petitioner took her out of the door and torn her sari. They also snatched away the golden earring of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24320 of 2021(3) dt.26-10-2021 2/2 levelled against the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner bears no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 23.11.2020.

However, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that injuries found upon the informant are grievous in nature.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 141 of 2020.
