This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 353, 188 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. An occurrence of assault took place for possession of gair mazrua aam land. Most of the offences, alleged, are bailable. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1069 of 2017) to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
