Deceased Kaushal Kumar was found missing since evening of 13.07.2017 and for that, the informant, his father along with others family members made hectic search but in vein. Today i.e. 14.07.2011 in the morning hour during course of search they found dead body of Kaushal Kumar by the side of culvert having so-many ante-mortem injuries over his person. He had shown suspicion against his cousin brother, Suresh Mahto (petitioner), Bimla Devi (wife of Suresh Mahto), Anish Kumar (son of Suresh Mahto) who happens to be his agnate and with whom, the land dispute was persisting.
From perusal of the case diary, it is evident that neither direct nor circumstantial evidence subsist.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48591 of 2017 (3) dt.14-11-2017 That being so, petitioner Suresh Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S.
