JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 18.04.2018 passed in CWJC No 10092 of 2016, wherein, direction was given to respondent no. 6 or the other competent authority to restore the benefit of enhanced salary of the petitioners from Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 6,500.

2. Opposite party No. 4 has filed a show cause,

Patna High Court MJC No.733 of 2019(3) dt.17-04-2025 2/2 wherein, it has been stated that salary of the petitioners has been restored to Rs. 6,500 which has now become Rs. 13,000.

3. In that view of the matter, I find that the order dated 18.04.2018, passed in CWJC No. 10092 of 2016 has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4. In view of the above, this contempt application stands closed and disposed of.
