2. The petitioner is stated to have approached the respondents. Taking note of orders of this Court dated 04.10.2021 passed in CWJC No. 17204 of 2021, the concerned respondent has passed a speaking order on 06.07.2023, and it

3. Perusal of the same, the present MJC-contempt petition does not survive for consideration. However, the concerned railway authorities are hereby directed to take note of the fact that the compliance order is highly belated by years together and it is not appreciable.

4. Therefore, the present contempt petition stands dropped. Subject to payment of cost of ₹5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only). Cost shall be remitted by the respondents on the ground of delay in compliance of the Court orders, cost shall be remitted within a period of four weeks'.
