3. Learned Advocate for the State, referring to the averments made in the show-cause affidavit filed on behalf of O.P. Nos. 2 to 8, submitted that in compliance with the order of this Court dated 11.12.2023 passed in CWJC No. 24484 of 2018, all death-cum-retirement dues of the late husband of the petitioner and arrears of family pension have already been paid to the petitioner. It is also contended that the family pension is now being paid to the petitioner regularly.

4. In view of the submissions advanced and the statements made in the show-cause affidavit, particularly para13 thereof, the present contempt petition stands closed. (Harish Kumar, J) rohit/- U
