KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gwalpara (Arar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 102 of 2014 instituted for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that on 27.12.2014 when the informant was going to middle school for teaching on his motorcycle, the motorcycle was intercepted by one another motorcycle on which three persons were sitting and they took away his motorcycle, helmet and mobile. Thereafter case was instituted against unknown. During investigation the name of the petitioner transpired and he was apprehended by the Police and sent to jail on 20.5.2015. The Police have submitted charge sheet under section 392 IPC on 31.7.2015. It has been further stated that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32999 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 the similarly placed co-accused Pappu Kumar Yadav has been granted regular bail on 20.9.2016 in Criminal Misc. No. 38748 of 2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner Lalu Kumar Yadav @ Lalo Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Udakishunganj, District-Madhepura in connection with Gwalpara (Arar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 102 of 2014.
