The present petition was filed against the order of rejection of discharge petition. On last occasion i.e. 17.05.2016, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the case, which has been received at kept at Flag-P. The report suggests that in this case charge has already been framed on 14.09.2015. Meaning thereby that trial has already commenced. Since in this case, trial has already commenced, it would not be appropriate to interfere with the trial. If so advised, the petitioner may raise all the points, which have been raised in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41115 of 2013 (5) dt.30-06-2016 2/2 the present case, during the trial before the trial court. The petition stands disposed of.
