Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that similarly situated co-accused Shivji Singh has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46774 of 2017.

Submission is that there is no witness of the occurrence of murder and only suspicion and confessional statement before the police is there.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7111 of 2018 (2) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 399 of 2017 arising out of Bikramganj Police Station Case No. 142 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
