JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioners have filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 343 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 325, 341, 447, 354A, 379, 307, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the submissions made by the learned

No.12592 of 2020(2) dt.09-07-2020 2/2 counsel for the petitioners that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injury sustained by the members of the prosecution party are all simple in nature, the petitioners, who are neighbours of the informant and have got no criminal antecedent, are directed to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 343 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) rohit/- U T
