Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that a loaded country made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got one more case under the Arms Act. Petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2017.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail after completion of one year of the custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5860 of 2018(3) dt.16-03-2018 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
