JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 12-09-2022 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition of petitioner no.1, namely, Jagdish Ram and petition of petitioner no.4, namely, Jitan Ram Manjhi.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition of petitioner no.1, namely, Jagdish Ram and petition of petitioner no.4, namely, Jitan Ram Manjhi is dismissed as withdrawn.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner nos.2, 3 and

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon the informant and also snatched Rs.50,000/- by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners of assaulting to the informant. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries, as alleged, in separate incident. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, namely, Pappu Ram, Bachchan Ram and Suganti Devi, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchkote P.S. Case No. 378 of 2021, subject to the conditions
