JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-04-2016 At the very outset, Sri Bipin Kumar Sinha, learned Standing Counsel of C.B.I., in presence of learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the present petition has been filed against the order of cognizance and during pendency of the petition, trial has already commenced and till date out of 20 prosecution witnesses, 10 witnesses have already been examined. After noticing the fact that 10 witnesses have already been examined, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition.
