JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 01-09-2022 Substantial claim of the petitioner under the head of "Honorarium" has been admittedly paid, as per the parties. Some one lac rupees and odd amount is remaining to be paid, but for which steps have been taken for processing the due and admissible amounts under due instructions to the Treasury. Without going into the issue of calculation regarding the entire claim of the petitioner, this Court would find that substantial payments have been made and whatever amount found due and admissible is under process, which the Court expects will be paid to the petitioner within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
