2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

Patna High Court CWJC No.4463 of 2022 dt.25-04-2024 2/3 "(I) For payment of arrears pension from September 2021.On the basis of authority slip dated 22.12.2021 (Annexure-11) issued by the Senior Accounts Officer, Office of the Accountant General (A&e), Bihar, Patna including special pay.

(II) For payment of salary in place of susbsistence allowance for the period of dismissal from 27.12.2017 to 31.12.2020 with annual increment. (III) For revision of pension as per pay fixation after giving increment for the period of dismissal."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for vide prayer No. 1 has been granted by the respondent authorities. He, therefore, submits that this writ petition may be closed with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the appropriate authorities, insofar as prayer Nos. 2 and 3 are concerned.

4. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the appropriate authority, insofar as the prayer Nos. 2 and 3 are concerned. As and when such representation is filed by the petitioner in respect of the prayer Nos. 2 and 3, referred to hereinabove, the appropriate authority may consider the same,
